Introduction To Personal Resilience One Day Course.
Lack of Personal Resilience can lead to poor outcomes with mental health and have an negative impact on business outcomes.
In recent years, the world population has experienced higher levels of trauma, stress and anxiety. Referring to the Pandemic, the World Health Organisation says that the effect of losing a family member, limited mobility, physical social isolation, losing one’s job and fear of contagion may increase the vulnerability to poor mental health later in life.
There has never been a better time for individuals to develop their own ability to be more emotionally resilient and for businesses to support them. Businesses investing in mental wellbeing will see lower incidences of long term absence due to sickness and will improve engagement and productivity in the workplace.
Helping individuals focus on getting what they need in order to actively improve their mental wellbeing and thus be better placed to deal with difficult situations is the key reason as to why the Introduction To Personal Resilience Course has now been launched. This one day course is designed to be delivered to groups of colleagues within different businesses and would be particularly useful for employees entering into new roles in management.
